What is a phishing email?

Phishing emails are used by criminal organisations in an attempt to gather important customer information, such as bank account and card numbers, or sensitive information such as customer account details. They can be designed to look as though they are sent from a legitimate source, using what appears to be a valid “” email address.

How can I tell if the email is a phishing email?

There are often some irregularities in phishing emails. These can be simple things like bad spelling or grammar. It could also contain messages asking you to provide or verify specific customer information. No matter how official an email message might look, it's always a bad sign if the message asks for personal information.

Please, kindly notice that Kaiho Sangyo would just contact with you though our official email addresses: or Please, extreme your precautions.

If you think that you have received a phishing email, please delete it immediately. Do not respond to it, open any attachments or click the links within the body of the email.
